CYBER SHIELD TRAINING COURSES

All Cyber Shield courses are instructor-led, face-to-face training programs developed by cybersecurity professionals, PhDs, and experienced practitioners with real-world expertise in cyber defense and organizational security. Each topic below provides a brief overview of a comprehensive training pathway that can include up to 14 individual training modules designed to strengthen awareness, reduce human vulnerability, and improve organizational cyber resilience.

Our flexible training programs range from 20-minute mini sessions to 2-hour, 4-hour, and full 8-hour immersive trainings, allowing organizations to customize cybersecurity education based on their operational needs, workforce size, and training objectives.

Dark Mirror: The Psychology of Social Engineering

The most popular training. Dark Mirror is an advanced course in human manipulation and social engineering. It explores how attackers influence people through psychology, rapport, pretexting, body language, NLP, OSINT, and voice/physical deception. This course teaches how to detect and defend against these tactics.

CyberShield: Day One

This course is a first-day cyber readiness program for new employees.  It introduces the core security rules, cyber hygiene, and the major threats employees face right away. The emphasis is on immediate, practical behavior and culture change.  

CyberShield: Insider Threat

This course focuses on threats from within the organization. whether malicious, negligent, or compromised. It covers psychology, access control, monitoring, DLP, investigations, third-party risks, and culture. It's aimed at helping organizations detect and reduce risk from trusted users. 

CyberShield for K-12 Educators

This course gives educators and school staff the cyber basics they need to protect students and school systems. It covers school threats, classroom protection, digital citizenship, and incident response. This training is practical and built for the everyday classroom. 

CyberShield: Family Fortress

Family Fortress is a family-wide cyber awareness course that helps teens, parents, and caregivers learn together. It covers predators, sextortion, identity theft, social media safety, scams, and family cyber culture. This course is designed to make the whole household more resilient.

Cyber Fortress: Financial Sector

Cyber Fortress is a financial-sector awareness course focused on protecting people, accounts, and operations. It covers threat landscape, social engineering, cyber hygiene, incident response, and cyber insurance. It is designed for firms that need a practical defense posture, not just compliance. 

CyberShield: Comprehensive Cyber Hygiene

This Cyber Hygiene unit builds the daily habits people need to stay safe online. It covers management, phishing awareness, device security, and safe remote work practices. The goal is simple: practical protection through better cyber hygiene.  ​

CyberShield: The Importance of Passwords

This is a focused password security course built around one of the most common failure points in cybersecurity. It teaches how to create strong passwords, use password managers, and enable multi-factor authentication. It's designed to immediately reduce account compromise.​

CyberShield: IT Professionals

This course is built for IT staff who need a deeper, more operational awareness baseline. It covers information security fundamentals, access controls, storage and disposal, threat response, remote work, generative AI, backups, and privilege protection. This course will also peer into the thinking of a hacker.

CyberShield Youth

This course teaches teens how to protect themselves online in a way that feels relevant to their lives. It covers digital footprint, phishing, passwords, social media privacy, cyberbullying, malware, and safe online practices and behaviors. This course ends by helping students become cyber ambassadors at home.  ​

CyberShield: Guardian

Guardian is designed to help protect seniors and vulnerable adults from fraud, scams, and exploitation, provide legal authority, detection, response, and family protection.  This is both a cybersecurity and elder-safety course.

CyberShield: Emergency Management

This course helps emergency management professionals understand cyber risk as an operational issue. It covers threat awareness, critical infrastructure, data protection, incident response, business continuity, social engineering, and AI threats. The goal is resilience before, during, and after an incident.
